PSL One acts as the Data Controller for personal information collected through this platform. PSL One is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) of the Republic of South Africa. PSL One does not process payments or store card details.

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will retain certain data for a period required by law (typically 5 years for financial audit purposes, 3 years for general records). Game data (fantasy points, predictions, leaderboard history) may be retained in anonymised or aggregate form for platform analytics after account deletion. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. See Account → Delete Account.
